Getting started
The basics
How long does setup take?
Most customers are running their first real workflow within 24 hours. Business and Enterprise tiers include white-glove onboarding that typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on module count and migration complexity.
Can you import data from my existing system?
Yes. We have CSV importers for employees, customers, invoices, and delivery records. For more complex migrations (QuickBooks, Sage, legacy systems), our team will build a tailored import.
Do my field crews need to download anything?
No. AENTRA is a Progressive Web App — it works in any modern browser and can be installed to the home screen on iOS and Android for an app-like experience, including offline support.
What happens if I cancel?
You own your data. Export a full archive (PDFs, CSVs, and raw data) at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days then permanently delete it.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 3 users, with timesheets, basic invoicing, and the mobile app.
Can I change plans or user counts mid-month?
Yes. Changes are prorated to the day. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose what you've paid for.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually. Non-profits and educational institutions get an additional 25% off.
Are PDFs, emails, and storage metered?
No. All plans include unlimited PDF generation, unlimited transactional emails, and generous file storage. We'll always tell you up front if anything changes.

Where is my data hosted?
Data is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure in Canada by default. Enterprise customers can request alternate regions for data-residency compliance.
How is tenant data isolated?
Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer — every query is automatically scoped to your tenant. Combined with role-based permissions, this guarantees your data can never be accessed by another customer.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes — two-factor authentication and passkeys are built in and available to every account on every plan.
What about backups?
Automated nightly backups with point-in-time restore. File attachments are stored in geo-replicated secure storage.

Yes — two-way sync for customers, invoices, and payments. Connect once and we keep both systems in sync in the background.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST API is available on Business and Enterprise plans, with per-tenant API keys, rate limits, and webhooks for key events.
Can I use my own domain?
Business plans include a custom subdomain (yourco.aentra.app). Enterprise plans support full custom domains with managed SSL certificates.
